Policies
Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the rent total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 15 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after [or within 15 days of when] the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment. For direct bookings made more than 180 days in advance payments are instead payable in equal installments, as follows: 180 días antes de la llegada; 30 días antes de la llegada. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of $500.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 14 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
- For short stays (less than 30 nights): Guests may cancel up to 14 days before check-in and receive a 50% refund of the total booking. Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in are non-refundable.
- For long stays (30 nights or more): Guests may cancel up to 30 days before check-in and receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in are non-refundable, and once the stay has started, 30 nights are non-refundable plus any nights already consumed.
- In all cases, no-shows are charged 100% of the booking amount.

Rules
House Rules:
• Please treat neighbors and property with respect.
• All guests that will sleep inside the property or visit the property must be registered and notify to the administrator prior to check in.
• Unauthorized people cannot enter the house. If the renter want to receive visitors is necessary to make a request and send me the photos ID’s at least 24 hours before.
• No sex workers allowed in the property. No prostitution allowed in the premises nor inside the property.
• No smoking of any kind is permitted inside the property, please use outdoors. If the renter insist on smoking inside the house, a minimum of $400.00 USD deodorizing fee will be deducted from your security deposit.
• We kindly ask that you keep noise to a minimum before 8 a.m. and after 8 p.m. as there is a penalty for noise after hours:
− 1st notification will simply be a warning
− Every notification to follow will be at a cost of $50 each
• Check in time is 4:00 PM / Check out time is at 11:00 AM. Late check outs will be charged $40 for every additional hour in the apartment.
• If white access card/key is lost, it will be subject to a $50 charge.
• Please do not take white towels to the pool or beach, use beach towels.
• We kindly ask that air conditioners be turned off when not in the apartment.
• Please do not remove any items from the apartment (this includes any condiments) as we wish for our next guests to be as fully supplied as you.
- Please respect the neighbours and do not make noise from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am.
- Spills & stains on furniture and linens: If you spill something please let someone from housekeeping know as soon as possible. If you do not advise the staff to clean up the spill you will be responsible for having the stain professionally removed; all charges will be reported and charged to the guest.
- Dry well after using the pool, do not get in wet inside the apt and do not wet the delicate furniture.
Condominium Rules:
• To receive the ticket access to get inside the private Cap Cana Condominium is mandatory to send the photos of the ID’s days before check in.
• Motorcycle, Four wheels, skate board or similar are prohibited inside the condominium.
• Please respect speed limits when driving in the area.
• Parties are prohibited inside of the apartment/public areas.
• Please do not park on main roads/streets or in parking lots of other owners.
• Please respect private parking lots.
• Please help to maintain our property clean by throwing any/all garbage in the trash can. Any/all bottles should be left in the cleaning area and SHOULD NOT be thrown down the chute.
• Jacuzzi & pool area can be used until 8:00 PM.
• Mandatory use of swimsuits on the beach and pool. No bathing in dress attire/fully clothed.
• Children must be supervised by an adult.
• Please do not hang any towel/clothing items on balconies.
• Glass items are not permitted inside of the pool.
