Policies
Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the rent total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 15 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after [or within 15 days of when] the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment. For direct bookings made more than 180 days in advance payments are instead payable in equal installments, as follows: 180 días antes de la llegada; 30 días antes de la llegada. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of $500.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 14 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
- For short stays (less than 30 nights): Guests may cancel up to 14 days before check-in and receive a 50% refund of the total booking. Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in are non-refundable.
- For long stays (30 nights or more): Guests may cancel up to 30 days before check-in and receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in are non-refundable, and once the stay has started, 30 nights are non-refundable plus any nights already consumed.
- In all cases, no-shows are charged 100% of the booking amount.

Rules
• The villa accommodates only the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. Any additional visitors must receive prior written approval.
• Lagunas 58 is a private luxury residence within Cap Cana. Events, parties, or social gatherings beyond the registered guests are not permitted.
• In respect of the residential community, noise levels must remain moderate at all times. Outdoor music is not permitted after 10:00 PM.
• The property is strictly non-smoking indoors.
• Guests are expected to treat the home, furnishings, artwork, and outdoor areas with the highest level of care and consideration. Any incident or damage must be reported immediately.
• Children must be supervised at all times, particularly in pool and exterior areas.
• Pets are not permitted unless previously authorized in writing.
• Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and prior confirmation.
• All guests agree to comply with Cap Cana community regulations during their stay.
