Cap Cana is a large, master-planned luxury destination focused on privacy and exclusivity.
• All guests must submit photo IDs prior to arrival to process access credentials.
• Renting a golf cart or car is highly recommended to enjoy beaches, restaurants, and the marina comfortably.
• Uber and taxi services are available but may be limited at certain hours.
• As a developing luxury community, occasional nearby construction may occur.
• Being a tropical environment, humidity and mosquitoes are natural — repellent is recommended if sensitive.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the rent total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 15 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after [or within 15 days of when] the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment. For direct bookings made more than 180 days in advance payments are instead payable in equal installments, as follows: 180 días antes de la llegada; 30 días antes de la llegada. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of $500.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 14 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
- For short stays (less than 30 nights): Guests may cancel up to 14 days before check-in and receive a 50% refund of the total booking. Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in are non-refundable.
- For long stays (30 nights or more): Guests may cancel up to 30 days before check-in and receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in are non-refundable, and once the stay has started, 30 nights are non-refundable plus any nights already consumed.
- In all cases, no-shows are charged 100% of the booking amount.

Important – Cap Cana Access
Cap Cana is a private gated community. To request your entrance ticket, it is mandatory to send us photos of the IDs of all adults entering the property.
Without this information, access to Cap Cana will not be granted.
Common Areas
• Pool hours: 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
• Gym access: Open 24 hours
• Please turn off the A/C and lights after use.
• Return all equipment to its proper place.
• Speakers are not allowed.
