The apartment is fully equipped and has everything you need for a pleasant and safe stay. The building is brand new and finely decorated with some pieces of art, the apartment has WiFI, Smart TV in the living room, private balcony overlooking the city, confortable queen size sofa bed in the living room, equipped kitchen and covered and private parking lot. It is located within walking distance of restaurants, supermarkets, malls and bars.
Both room and living room have blackouts that darken the area at night which makes it more pleasant to sleep and rest.
Guests have the entire apartment for private use. The terrace located on the 10th floor has two Jacuzzis where you can take a sunbathe, equipped social area, BBQ and a gym with city views. There is also a social area on the 2nd floor with games for children, television and a private cinema.
Naco is located in the metropolitan area, where restaurants, shops, bars, supermarkets, shopping centers and pharmacies coexist. In Naco there is also the Olympic Center, and just 30 minutes away you access beautiful beaches.
Nearest metro (subway) station is Freddy Beras Goico-Line 2 (Red line) just 16 minutes away walking. guest that rent a car, there is available parking space.
Bike rentals are available and are located on Parque Mirador Sur, in the intersection of Avenida Anacaona and Avenida Núñez de Cáceres, just a 16 minute drive from the apartment. This service is available on weekends and holidays.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the rent total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 15 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after [or within 15 days of when] the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment. For direct bookings made more than 180 days in advance payments are instead payable in equal installments, as follows: 180 días antes de la llegada; 30 días antes de la llegada. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of $500.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released on 14 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
- For short stays (less than 30 nights): Guests may cancel up to 14 days before check-in and receive a 50% refund of the total booking. Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in are non-refundable.
- For long stays (30 nights or more): Guests may cancel up to 30 days before check-in and receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in are non-refundable, and once the stay has started, 30 nights are non-refundable plus any nights already consumed.
- In all cases, no-shows are charged 100% of the booking amount.

Rules
Apt Rules:
- Unauthorized people cannot enter the building or the apt. If you want to receive visitors is necessary to make a request and send me the photos ID’s.
- The Jacuzzi & bbq area can be used only until 9:00 pm
- Please respect the neighbours and do not make noise from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am.
- Check out time is at 11 am. Late check out will be charged $40 per hour.
- If the control of the gate and token is missing. The charge will be $50.
- Please do not take any belongings from the apartment. For example towels, decoration and cooking utensils or seasoning, etc.
- Do no Smoke inside the apt. Only in the balcony the apartment is allowed. NOTE: If after inspecting the apartment, there is an odor of substances, Airbnb will be notified and the guest will be charged $50 for air conditioning maintenance.
- Turn off air conditioner when leave the apt or when not using it.
Complex rules must be respected:
- Maintain adequate music and noise levels so as not to disturb neighbors, parties are prohibited in public areas.
- Do not park on the main roads, streets, or other parking of another property.
- The sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages to minors is prohibited.
- Help us keep the area clean, throw the garbage in the trash can.
